Digital transformation, from plan to shipped code.

Most transformations fail in the gap between the recommendation and its execution. PPF Global Consulting closes that gap: we frame the strategy, build the tools that make it real, and enrich the data that feeds it. One point of contact, from the scoping note to production.

  • Reply within one business day
  • Initial assessment at no cost
  • You own the code and the data

Three disciplines, one continuum

Design the transformation.
Build what it demands.

A consultancy hands you a recommendation. An agency delivers a tool. A data vendor sells you a file. Between the three, context is lost and accountability dissolves. We cover the whole chain — because value is created exactly where it usually breaks.

01 / Consulting

Digital transformation consulting

We start from your actual processes, not from a textbook model. Where time is lost, where information stalls, what deserves to be automated and what simply does not. You leave with a prioritised, costed and executable roadmap — not a slide deck.

  • Digital maturity audit and process mapping
  • Roadmap prioritised by real impact and effort
  • Tooling decisions: buy, integrate or build
  • Automation of low-value repetitive work
  • Change management and team upskilling
  • Governance, KPIs and steering committee
02 / Engineering

Tech project development

A strategy that never becomes software remains an intention. We design, build and deploy the applications, automations and integrations that actually run your business — with tests, documentation and code any developer can pick up after us.

  • Custom web applications and internal tools
  • Workflow automation and third-party API integration
  • Data pipelines and cloud infrastructure
  • Generative AI embedded into existing processes
  • Rescue and modernisation of legacy systems
  • Continuous delivery, test suites, handover documentation
03 / Data

Data enrichment

An incomplete database costs more than it returns: wasted hours, blind outreach, decisions built on gaps. We collect, clean, cross-reference and enrich your data until it becomes an asset your teams can use the very next morning.

  • Enrichment of prospect, customer and supplier databases
  • Collection and structuring of public and sector data
  • Deduplication, normalisation and quality control
  • Multi-source matching against official registries
  • Scoring, segmentation and commercial prioritisation
  • Delivery as CSV, Excel, database or API

proprietary lock-in: no dependency created on purpose

The method

Four stages,
no grey areas.

Technical projects rarely derail for technical reasons. They derail because the scope was never written down, because nobody dared say the deadline was unrealistic, or because the supplier had an interest in dragging it out. Our process exists to make those three scenarios impossible.

Start with a scoping call

  1. 01

    Scoping

Thirty minutes of conversation, then a written assessment. We qualify the real need — often different from the stated one — along with the constraints, dependencies and risks. If we are not the right partner for you, we say so then, not three months later.

    Week 0 · no charge
  2. 02

    Design & proposal

Detailed scope, target architecture, dated milestones, fixed budget. You approve a document in which nothing is ambiguous: what is delivered, what is not, and the price. Anything not written down will not appear on an invoice later.

    Weeks 1–2
  3. 03

    Incremental delivery

Regular releases and a demo at every milestone. You watch the product take shape, you use it early, and you correct course while correcting is still cheap — instead of discovering the result on final delivery day.

    Two-week sprints
  4. 04

    Handover & autonomy

Documentation, team training, transfer of accounts and source code. We stay available for support and future work, but never become indispensable: a successful engagement is one you can walk away from.

    Autonomy guaranteed

Typical engagements

The situations we
handle most often.

These are the scenarios we encounter most frequently, described as they actually present themselves. If you recognise your own situation in one of them, the conversation will be short and concrete.

Executive · Transformation

“Everyone has their own tools, nobody has the full picture”

A half-filled CRM, spreadsheets shared as email attachments, two business systems that refuse to talk to each other, and invoices retyped by hand. Each department optimised its own corner; the company loses hours in the gaps between them.

Flow mapping, target architecture and a three-wave roadmap — starting with the friction point that costs the most.

Operations · Development

“Our critical process lives in a spreadsheet”

A workbook that became vital, growing heavier year after year, that only two people know how to operate. It works — until a formula breaks, two versions start circulating, or its author leaves the company.

A business application carrying over the existing logic: concurrent access, history, input validation, backups — and the end of the single fragile file.

Sales · Data

“Our database is unusable”

Duplicates, empty fields, stale contacts, no segmentation possible. Teams prospect on instinct and sales performance stays impossible to verify.

A deduplicated, normalised, enriched and scored database — usable from the day it lands.

Back office · Automation

“We repeat the same manual routine every day”

Export, copy, reformat, re-import, check. A manual chain that consumes several hours a week and produces errors through sheer monotony.

End-to-end automation, with an execution log and alerts when something looks wrong.

Cross-functional · Applied AI

“We want AI, but don't know where to start”

The pressure is real, the use cases vague, and impressive demos keep stalling at prototype stage. The challenge is not the technology: it is finding where it produces a measurable gain.

Two or three genuinely profitable use cases, a prototype evaluated on your own data, then production rollout once the gain is proven.

What sets us apart

Verifiable commitments,
not promises.

One partner, from diagnosis to run

No handoff between a firm that recommends and a supplier that executes. Whoever designs it is whoever delivers it — and answers for it.

Written scope, fixed budget

The content of the engagement is described line by line before work begins. You approve an amount, not a range that quietly inflates week after week.

You stay the owner

Source code, data, accounts, documentation: everything belongs to you and is handed over. No proprietary component makes you captive to us.

Small team, fast decisions

No committee needed to settle a detail. You talk directly to the person building it, and a decision made in the morning ships in the afternoon.

Compliance handled upfront

GDPR, data minimisation, European hosting, source traceability: built in from the design stage, never patched on at the end.

Knowledge transfer included

Your teams are trained during the engagement, not after it. The stated goal: that you no longer need us for day-to-day work.

Technical foundation

Technologies chosen
to last, not to impress.

We favour open, widely adopted standards that anyone can pick up. A tool that looks exciting but stays niche becomes a liability the day it must evolve without us. The stack is always chosen to fit your context — never the reverse.

Frequently asked

What clients ask
before signing.

Do you work with small and mid-sized businesses?
That is our core ground. These are the organisations where one well-placed automation or one clean database changes daily life immediately, and where decisions do not need six layers of approval. We also work with business units inside larger groups, on clearly bounded scopes.
How much does an engagement cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and any figure quoted before scoping would be invented. What we can commit to: the initial assessment is free, the proposal that follows carries a fixed amount, and you know exactly what it covers before committing. A data enrichment project, an audit and a custom application obviously sit at very different orders of magnitude.
What are the usual timelines?
A data enrichment engagement is generally measured in days or weeks. A digital transformation audit takes two to four weeks depending on the size of the organisation. Software development starts with a first usable version within a few weeks, then evolves incrementally. We would rather announce a realistic deadline and hold it than promise a flattering one.
What if we have no technical skills in-house?
That is the most common case and it is not an obstacle. You bring the domain knowledge — we bring the technical translation. No jargon is required on your side: we document, we train, and we make sure a non-technical person can run the tool day to day.
Where does the data you enrich come from?
From public and official sources, open databases, legal registries, vendors holding the necessary rights, and your own data. Every source is traced and documented in the deliverable. We operate within the GDPR: minimisation, declared purpose, identified legal basis. Any request falling outside that framework is declined, however profitable it may be.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Most of the work happens remotely, which shortens cycles and reduces cost. The phases that genuinely benefit from being in the room — scoping workshops, field interviews, team training — happily take place at your offices, in France or abroad.
Can we start with a short engagement?
We recommend it. A first narrow scope, with real stakes but limited risk, lets you evaluate how we work before committing further. We do not ask for minimum-duration contracts: what happens next is decided on results.
